This Last World Austria
This Last World started their musical journey as 'Ashes To Dust' in 2010 and recorded two eps under that name - 'From
Here... Direction Sun' and 'Take Shelter'.
In 2019 they decided to found This Last World and release The Wasteland. Inspired by old school melodic death metal, modern metalcore and a little djent they create an intense mixture that sounds like more than the sum of its parts.

I'm a big fan of The Faceless middle two albums and when I saw Lyle Cooper was on this album I knew I needed to check it out. I bought the discography almost instantly, reminds me a little of The Faceless and a bit more of Fallujah who I also adore. Well worth the money, Support these great Musicians!

Very lush expansive doom, lots of different arrangements and choral vocals, slow and sad and full of regret. Extremely high quality stuff. Sounds like a life’s work. Also quite heavy.
